This postpartum yoga class gently supports your recovery after birth, helping you regain strength, flexibility, and balance. Safe, restorative poses relieve back and shoulder tension, improve circulation, and promote pelvic floor healing. Breathing and relaxation techniques reduce stress, aid emotional well-being, and help you reconnect with your body.
You can join 6–8 weeks after birth, once your midwife or gynaecologist has confirmed it.
