You can join 6–8 weeks after birth, once your midwife or gynecologist has confirmed it.

The class is held in our cozy Suun Studio located in Põhjala Factory, Marati 5/4, Tallinn. You can reach us via the Põhjala Factory courtyard. Behind the cube houses, you’ll find an outdoor staircase leading to the 2nd floor, where our studio is located.
