This postpartum pilates class focuses on rebuilding strength, stability, and body awareness after birth. Controlled, precise movements with mindful breathing target the deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, improve posture, and relieve pressure on the back and joints. Gentle stretches and mobilizing exercises enhance flexibility and comfort.
You can join 6–8 weeks after birth, once your midwife or gynecologist has confirmed it.
