This postpartum barre class blends ballet-inspired movements with gentle strengthening and Pilates techniques to support recovery after birth. It targets the legs, glutes, back, and core, improves posture and balance, and relieves tension in the back and shoulders. Flowing sequences and mindful breathing promote well-being and help restore energy.
You can join 6–8 weeks after birth, once your midwife or gynecologist has confirmed it.
