This pelvic floor recovery course focuses on strengthening the pelvic floor and restoring its natural function after childbirth. Step-by-step training builds the different muscle layers of the pelvic floor, providing better support for the bladder and uterus, reducing incontinence, and lowering the risk of prolapse. The connection between pelvic floor, abdominal, and back muscles re-establishes inner stability and supports a healthy posture. At the same time, awareness is improved so that you can activate and protect your pelvic floor in daily life. The course creates a stable foundation for safe movement, sports, and long-term wellbeing after birth.
You can join 6–8 weeks after birth, once your midwife or gynaecologist has confirmed it.
