During the midwife appointment, we check your and your baby’s health and well-being, as well as guide and support you with pregnancy symptoms and complaints.

We are able to check your baby’s heart rate, the position of the baby, take urine samples and refer you to other specialists if we see the need. It is also a great opportunity to get acquainted with the midwife who will visit you and your newborn at home in the postpartum period, exchange values and what is important to you in your postpartum care, and help you prepare for the coming weeks after birth.
