Blessingway is a nurturing and sacred ceremony that honors a mother-to-be with love, support, and positive intentions as she prepares for childbirth. Rooted in tradition and community, it celebrates her journey into motherhood with different rituals. This beautiful gathering offers emotional strength, connection, and empowerment, helping her feel cherished and confident as she welcomes new life.
The gathering is guided by yoga teacher Anett Pärna, who leads gentle rituals and holds space throughout the event.
Authentic experience includes:
Tea Ceremony – A calm arrival with grounding tea and intention-setting.
Red Thread Ritual – Guests tie a red thread to honor connection with the mother-to-be, later cutting it as a keepsake of shared love and support.
Sound Bowl Ritual – Soothing tones encourage deep relaxation and inner peace before birth.
Birthing Bracelet – Each guest adds a bead with a wish or intention, creating a meaningful talisman for labor.
