We’re looking for a Baby Massage Teacher to guide parents and their babies through gentle, nurturing touch that supports bonding, relaxation, and early development. This role is about more than massage; it’s about helping parents feel confident, connected, and calm while learning how to support their baby’s wellbeing through touch.
You’ll lead thoughtfully designed baby massage sessions that focus on safety, responsiveness, and parent–baby connection in the early months.
What You’ll Do
Teach baby massage sessions (in-studio and/or on our livestream)
Guide parents in safe, gentle massage techniques appropriate for infants
Educate parents on reading baby cues, consent, and responsive touch
Support bonding, relaxation, digestion, and sleep through guided massage
Create a calm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment for parents and babies
Offer clear guidance, repetition, and reassurance for new parents
Collaborate with our specialist team to align sessions with evidence-based infant care
Contribute feedback or ideas for session structure, programming, and parent support
What We’re Looking For
Certification in baby massage (e.g. IAIM or equivalent)
Experience working with infants and new parents
Strong understanding of infant development, cues, and safety
Warm, calm teaching presence with excellent communication skills
Comfortable guiding groups of parents with babies and/or online sessions
Fluent in German and English
Nice to Have
Background in midwifery, nursing, physiotherapy, early childhood education, or postpartum care
Experience supporting parents in the early postpartum period
Interest in bonding, attachment, and nervous system regulation
