Pregnancy & Postpartum Fitness Teacher

We’re looking for a Pregnancy & Postpartum Fitness Teacher to guide women through safe, effective, and empowering strength-based workouts during pregnancy and after birth. This role is about more than fitness; it’s about helping women feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies through change and recovery.

You’ll lead thoughtfully designed strength workouts that focus on functional movement, stability, and sustainable strength, supporting both physical wellbeing and long-term resilience during pregnancy and postpartum.

What You’ll Do

  • Teach pregnancy and/or postpartum strength-based fitness classes (in-studio and on our livestream)

  • Adapt workouts to different trimesters and postpartum recovery stages

  • Focus on functional strength, stability, and injury prevention

  • Prioritise safe load management, alignment, breath, and body awareness

  • Offer clear cues, modifications, and options for varying fitness levels and energy levels

  • Create a supportive, inclusive, and non-judgmental class environment

  • Encourage confidence, consistency, and positive relationship with movement

  • Collaborate with our specialist team to align workouts with evidence-based maternity care

  • Contribute feedback or ideas for class formats, programming, and strength progression

What We’re Looking For

  • Certified fitness or strength training instructor

  • Specialised training or experience in pregnancy and/or postpartum fitness

  • Strong understanding of pregnancy physiology, postpartum recovery, and common symptoms

  • Confident in offering safe modifications and understanding contraindications

  • Clear, motivating teaching style with calm and supportive presence

  • Comfortable teaching small groups and/or online classes

  • Fluent in German and English

Nice to Have

  • Background in women’s health, physiotherapy, Pilates, or sports science

  • Experience with postpartum core and pelvic floor-safe strength training

  • Knowledge of breath, pressure management, or injury prevention

  • Interest in holistic health and long-term movement sustainability
