We’re looking for a Pregnancy & Postpartum Barre Teacher to guide women through safe, strengthening, and supportive movement during pregnancy and after birth. This role is about more than barre; it’s about helping women feel strong, stable, and confident in their changing bodies.
You’ll lead thoughtfully designed barre classes that combine gentle strength, alignment, balance, and controlled movement, supporting physical wellbeing, posture, and body awareness throughout pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
What You’ll Do
Teach pregnancy and/or postpartum barre classes (in-studio and on our livestream)
Adapt barre sequences to different trimesters and postpartum stages
Focus on low-impact strength, stability, posture, and functional movement
Prioritise safety, alignment, breath, and body awareness
Offer clear cues, modifications, and options for varying energy levels and abilities
Create a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental class environment
Support women in building confidence, strength, and connection to their bodies
Collaborate with our specialist team to align classes with evidence-based maternity care
Contribute feedback or ideas for class formats, programming, and movement support
What We’re Looking For
Certified barre, fitness, or movement teacher
Specialised training or experience in pregnancy and/or postpartum movement
Strong understanding of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and common symptoms
Confident in offering safe modifications and understanding contraindications
Calm, supportive teaching presence with clear communication skills
Comfortable teaching small groups and/or online classes
Fluent in Estonian (English required; additional languages a plus)
Nice to Have
Background in women’s health, physiotherapy, Pilates, or dance
Experience teaching pregnancy-safe or postpartum-strength classes
Knowledge of pelvic floor and core-safe movement
Interest in holistic health, posture, or nervous system regulation
