We’re looking for a Postpartum Pelvic Floor Recovery Teacher to support women in reconnecting with their bodies after birth through safe, informed, and confidence-building movement. This role is about more than exercise; it’s about helping women heal, rebuild strength, and feel supported during postpartum recovery.
You’ll lead thoughtfully designed classes that focus on pelvic floor health, deep core restoration, breath, and functional movement, supporting both physical recovery and emotional reassurance after birth.

Teach postpartum pelvic floor recovery classes (in-studio and on our livestream)
Guide women through safe pelvic floor and deep core reconnection
Adapt exercises to different postpartum stages and recovery needs
Prioritise breath, pressure management, alignment, and nervous system regulation
Educate women on postpartum healing, recovery timelines, and common symptoms
Create a calm, inclusive, and non-judgmental class environment
Offer clear cues, modifications, and alternatives for varying abilities and energy levels
Collaborate with our specialist team to align classes with evidence-based maternity care
Contribute feedback or ideas for class formats, programming, and recovery support
What We’re Looking For
Training or certification in postpartum pelvic floor recovery, women’s health, physiotherapy, Pilates, or a closely related field
Strong understanding of postpartum recovery, pelvic floor function, and common postpartum symptoms
Confident in teaching modifications and understanding contraindications
Calm, supportive teaching presence with clear communication skills
Comfortable teaching small groups and/or online classes
Fluent in German and English
Nice to Have
Background in women’s health physiotherapy, midwifery, Pilates, or yoga
Experience teaching postpartum core-focused or pelvic floor-aware movement
